WEB SITE DESIGN

The main theme of the home page and interior pages is the soft beige colors that gives infaces to the bright images that best represent Fruitti’s and it’s main demographic of consumers. It has a nice water color navigation that blends well with the bodies overall background texture while at the same time not overpowering the images that are so important to Fruitti’s company image. Another aspect of the beige background is that it especially goes well with the main image because of the wood picnic table that is supporting the Italian ice’s, its coloring makes the image far more eye catching and displays Fruitti’s main product very well.

Layout

The importance of layout is that if done properly it can enhance the look of an object. Which is very important in a website because attractive webpages brings users to your website. In order to build a proper layout you must know the following, color scheme of the webpage, expectations of the visitors on your website, browsers information that are being used by the visitor on your website, and importantly the portions of a webpage on your website. The layout of your site will have a 1024*768 resolution, the portions will generally be directed to the top middle portion of the page and lead on down. The colors have a soft water color feel with and island type of theme. Overall I feel the color scheme synchronizes very well with the layout of the entire design.

Colors and Font Selection

Font and color can impact your website in a very positive way or very poorly depending on how you use them together. The weight and size of your font can help to display the type of message you are sending off by showing the user where to pay attention .If the font is used for a heading which is ideally larger and dramatic and used  for welcoming or telling important quick information or small font for readability and reducing eye fatigue in your content. The best way to let a user know what your message is, is through font and colors. Colors are very important since you can feel emotion through color. Colors in general enhance your message.
The main colors that are constant through the site are beige, aqau green, and wtaer colors in the main image.

                                                          Web Site Design Document

The building of FRUITTI’S, L.L.C. Concessions & Catering new website was inspired by their wide variety of delicious Italian Ices and Snow Kone flavors. Our goal when creating the website was to show the consumer how delicious Fruitti’s products taste without even having a sample. The web design structure of the home page is from the images that were provided to us beforehand. The sub page shows grid alignment and it is structured; furthermore, the sub page is a contact form that has a cool style and design. The entire design of the website consists of colors, fonts, a navigation bar, and a grid. With these four elements we were able to create a sophisticated, and yet still a clean layout. We made sure the final visual design comp has bright colors, lots of imagery and bold typography. Both of the designs have a color-palette, which consists of many different colors to catch the consumer’s attention. The layout of the navigation bar is in order and easy to read, making the website simple for any consumer to maneuver around. Fruitti’s website contains a well built interface that shows the quality of the product.
