Detailed Descriptions
Project Manager – Oversees site project from beginning to launch. Primary point of contact for the client and ensures that all revisions, notes and suggestions are posted to the appropriate designer/developer’s attention.
Information Architect – Researches the target audience. Builds Flow chart and wireframes to convey how the site will work.
Usability Analyst – Creates users standards and guidelines.Understand and incorporate business needs into overall design aspects
Content Manager – Prepares and edits all content
Visual Designer – Creates all Visual content with the use of photoshop, illustrator, and any other tool necessary to get the job done.
Developer – Code using html, Css and javascript to build the front - end.
Quality Tester – Creates and conducts a test plan and communicates quality issues to the team.
10.2 Payment Schedule
April 24 - $2,550 after meeting with the client to begin the information architecture. May 15 – Another $2,550 due to begin Content development of the site
May 29 – The balance of $2,182.5 is due prior to site launch.
